I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with rooms and public spaces well-cared for. The hotel facilities were great, with lots of indoor and outdoor games to play. Additionally, the location was peaceful, and I was able to easily walk to nearby attractions.

The amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities, added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff's manners and hospitality were truly outstanding, making me feel welcome and well taken care of.

We had a lovely stay surrounded by nature. the resort offered great options for children to play. Our room was clean and cozy with a decent bathroom. the food was delicious with a tribal menu worth trying. the staff was extremely helpful, and the GM went out of his way to ensure our comfort.

The mobile network was not available for some carriers, making communication difficult.

The hotel had a good view of the surrounding area and was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The room was kept clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options to choose from.

The staff seemed uninterested in providing quality service and did not attend to our needs promptly. The room was poorly insulated and the noise level from the nearby traffic was disturbing.

Spent xmas at this resort with family and the vibe was great. Enjoyed the fresh air and calm surroundings which were a much, needed break from city life. the service was top, notch, staff members were friendly and helpful. the food was scrumptious and diverse, nothing short of a treat to our taste buds. Enjoyed the recreational activities offered by the resort, which were fun for both children and adults.

The resort's attractions were limited, with not much to do on, site. the location was a bit difficult to find, especially during night time.

Had a fantastic experience at Brook - Resorts & Spa. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the campfire with music added to the memorable experience. The resort is conveniently located near a viewpoint. highly recommended.
